Response field limit removed

What changed

Reads of this field return undefined, and the failure surfaces wherever that value is used rather than at the call.

Affects GET /v3/schedules/{id}/custom_shifts.

Who is affected

Code that reads GET /v3/schedules/{id}/custom_shifts (limit).

Before and after

Code that breaks

// response.limit is now undefined
const limit = response.limit;

Based on PagerDuty’s published API specification. How severity is decided.
